    Ordered a mince pie for my kid in Lobethal Bakery Sterling branch. My boy comes back and passed me a broken bone with sharp edges. I took the photo and showed them in next visit, quietly let them know so they can aware of this. Their response was shocking.. Oh, the mince was from butcher? This is it and move away. No apology. As much as I love this bakery, spend 20 dollars each visit, this is my last visit.

    Avoid at all costs. I got severe food poisoning from one of their pies. Won't ever go there again.

    Great customer service, love the sourdough bread and focaccia-great breads, cakes look a bit commercial and over processed-bread is brilliant and worth the trip.
